Jen is a local photographer who needed some fresh branding portraits to spruce up her social media and web presence! She booked my Branding Mini Shoot and focused on updated studio portraits to fit her existing brand.

Jen had mentioned that she shoots a lot of dance photos, and she has a great eye for it because she herself was a dancer. Towards the end of the shoot, Jen mentioned she’d brought a tutu but wasn’t sure if it would fit in with her other images…and I said HECK YES! I helped her choose a lace top from my studio rack, and the peaceful, confident energy that came over her in that space was beautiful. People really LIGHT UP and give off a radiant joy when they do what they love. I’ve experienced this many times especially with musicians, dancers, and other expressive sorts of creative people.

I tried to capture Jen’s energy, positivity, creativity and FUN nature in these photos! (The girl brought her “favorite jumpsuit” and CONFETTI! How cool is she??) It was awesome to connect with Jen and help empower her photography business with these studio branding portraits!
